The Portland Police Bureau announced it is investigating a suspicious death in the Sellwood-Moreland neighborhood. Just before 2 p.m. today, Central Precinct officers responded to Southeast Linn Street and Southeast 19th Avenue after individuals working in the area discovered a body.

Upon arrival, officers located a deceased adult male. The Portland Police Bureau’s Homicide Unit responded to investigate due to the suspicious circumstances at the scene. At a later time, the Medical Examiner will determine the cause and manner of death.
