The Polk County Sheriff’s Office reports that it is investigating a shooting at the Futurewise Gas Station at 5060 State Highway 146 in Livingston. Deputies responded to the scene and identified the shooter, according to authorities.

The victim received aid. Authorities say it was discovered that there was an ongoing dispute between the suspect and the victim leading up to the shooting. PCSO says 36-year-old Philip McCulloch was taken into custody.

He is charged with Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon Causing Serious Bodily Injury. McCulloch is being held on a $30,000 bond. The victim has been identified as 35-year-old John Anthony Arredondo.
