The Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office is currently investigating a fatal shooting. PCSO reports that detectives with the Robbery/Homicide Unit are investigating a shooting that occurred at 14922 Crown Drive in unincorporated Largo.

Around 3:54 p.m., deputies responded to the location after reports of shots fired. At the scene, responding deputies found that there was a domestic-related incident. 55-year-old Mark Duell was found deceased from a gunshot wound.

Detectives say the accused shooter, 24-year-old Devin Berry, is cooperating and has claimed self-defense. No other details are available at this time.
