The Prince George’s Police Department is investigating a shooting that occurred around 10:30 p.m. tonight. According to PGPD, officers responded to the 1400 block of Dunbar Oaks Drive for the sound of gunshots. At the scene, officers found a male outside suffering from gunshot wounds.

The victim was transported to a local hospital where he succumbed to his injuries. At this time, detectives are working to establish and motive and suspect in the case.
