One man was fatally shot in Kansas City, Kansas on Saturday. KCKPD reports that detectives are currently investigating a shooting that left one person dead.

Officers responded to the area of 10th and Kansas Avenue for a report of a shooting around 3:23 p.m. on Saturday. At the scene, responding officers found an adult male victim suffering from gunshot wounds.

The victim was pronounced deceased at the scene. KCKPD’s Major Case Unit is handling the investigation. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Crime Stoppers Tips hotline at 816-474-TIPS.
