The Metropolitan Nashville Police Department is searching for a suspect who stole a man’s wallet and used the victim’s credit card to buy alcohol. A news release explains that West Precinct detectives are working to identify the thief who stole a man’s wallet from a YMCA gym locker and used the victim’s card to buy an expensive bottle of Macallan scotch at a liquor store.

Police say the victim’s locker was locked, but the thief breached the locker and took the wallet. The bottle of scotch was worth thousands of dollars. Anyone with information about the incident or anyone who can identify the suspect in the photo should contact Crime Stoppers at 615-742-7463.
