The Metro Nashville Police Department is investigating a shooting that occurred in the Taco Bell parking lot. MNPD reports that a 17-year-old victim is in critical condition after being shot during a meet up with the occupants of another vehicle in the Taco Bell parking lot on Edmondson Pk.

After the victim was shot, they drove across a berm and crashed into the side of a market. MNPD is pursuing leads in what it calls a targeted shooting. No other details are available at this time.
