The Naples Police Department has announced the arrest of a man who allegedly masturbated in front of juveniles. NPD reports that its officers responded to the City of Naples Pier around 6:05 p.m. on September 10, 2024 after receiving reports of a man exposing his sexual organs.
At the scene, officers were met by multiple eyewitnesses who identified the suspect. Officers contacted 28-year-old Jonhley Saint Juste. NPD says officers and detectives obtained sworn complaints from seven victims who alleged Saint Juste exposed his sexual organs and continuously masturbated in view of all parties.
An additional two other victims were juveniles nine and ten years of age, according to authorities. Saint Juste was arrested for Lewd or Lascivious Conduct and Exposure of Sexual Organs.
