Murrieta Police arrest three suspects following business alarm at Quinn CAT

The Murrieta Police Department has announced the arrest of three individuals following a business alarm at Quinn CAT. Just after 2 a.m. on January 14, 2024, officers responded to the Quinn CAT at 41105 Raintree Court. The alarm company spotted two male suspects in the yard area of the business via the surveillance camera system.

According to MPD, the suspects were trespassing and tampering with vehicles. Once officers reached the scene, they found the males running through the yard to a vehicle parked on Date Street. Officers used a drone to keep an eye on the vehicle as it fled at a high rate of speed.

Officers conducted a high-risk vehicle stop and detained three males identified as 67-year-old Jeffrey Hiller, 67-year-old Ronald Harrison, and 59-year-old Chris Rood. The men were booked into the Cois Byrd Detention Center for Vehicle Tampering, Conspiracy to Commit a Crime, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Resist or Delay a Peace Office, and Post Release Community Supervision Violation.
