Update 3 – The Kershaw County Sheriff’s Office confirms that both suspects are in custody. KCSO says the suspects were taken into custody on December 5, 2024.

18-year-old Jamiyan Blair was arrested by the Henderson County Sheriff’s Office in North Carolina. 19-year-old Bobby Stuckey III turned himself in at the Kershaw County Detention Center.

Update 2 – The Kershaw County Sheriff’s Office has obtained arrest warrants for Murder for 19-year-old Bobby Bernard Elijah Stuckey III and 18-year-old Jamiyan L. Blair. Authorities allege they were involved in the December 2 double homicide at the Lexington Grand Apartments in Lugoff.

KCSO says two men were fatally shot and passed away at the scene of the shooting. Authorities believe all involved parties knew each other and the shooting was not random.

KCSO confirmed it has already received several tips but urges individuals to provide more. No other details are available.

Original – The Kershaw County Sheriff’s Office is currently on the scene of a shooting at the Lexington Grand Apartments on Roy Truesdale Road in Lugoff. According to KCSO, it received a call of multiple victims being shot at the apartments around 5:30 p.m. on December 2.

KCSO says deputies, SLED, and SCHP arrived at the scene within minutes. The area was searched with KCSO K9 and Drone Teams.

Police believe the shooter or shooters have left the area. Authorities are currently processing the scene. KCSO asks that individuals stay away from the scene until the matter can be resolved.
