Mount Holly Police Department identifies Jayden Dae’Shun Munson and Jaylan Marray Jackson as victims of double homicide

The Mount Holly Police Department in North Carolina has identified the victims involved in a fatal double shooting. According to a social media post from the Mount Holly Police Department, two males have been identified Friday as the victims of the double homicide on Piedmont Avenue and Dodge Street on Thursday night.

Around 8:11 PM on December 14, 2023, 911 received multiple calls reporting gunshots in the vicinity of Piedmont Avenue and Dodge Street. Mount Holly Police officers were dispatched to the scene. Upon arrival, they discovered the victims inside a passenger vehicle. Both victims appeared to have sustained fatal gunshot wounds.

Both victims were pronounced deceased at the scene. Authorities have now identified the victims as 19-year-old Jayden Dae’Shun Munson and 19-year-old Jaylan Marray Jackson, both of Concord. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Mount Holly Police Department at 704-827-4343.
