The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a fatal shooting. Around 11:40 p.m. on January 19, 2024, Sheriff’s Office deputies and Willis Police Department officers responded to the 100 block of Rebecca Drive in Willis in reference to an assault with a firearm call. At the scene, deputies found a deceased Hispanic male lying in the driveway with multiple gunshot wounds.

Homicide and Violent Crimes Division detectives responded to the scene to investigate. MCSO identified the victim as 22-year-old Roberto Aguilar. At this time, no other information is available.
