A person has been shot on San Juan Grade Road. The Monterey County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the shooting. MCSO reports that deputies responded to a residence along the 500 block of San Juan Grade Road for a shooting victim around 6:23 a.m. on June 4, 2024.
At the scene, deputies found one victim suffering from a gunshot wound. The victim was transported to an area hospital for treatment. At this time, no one is in custody in connection to this shooting.
MCSO detectives do not believe there is any threat to the public. There are no other details at this time.
