The Detroit Police Department has announced that a suspect has been charged in the homicide of a 40-year-old Detroit woman. According to a social media post from the Detroit Police Department, the Wayne County Prosecutor’s Office has charged 28-year-old Michael Jackson-Bolanos in connection to the slaying of 40-year-old Samantha Woll.

He has been charged with committing a felony murder during the perpetration or attempted perpetration of larceny and/or first-degree home invasion. Jackson-Bolanos is also facing one count of home invasion and one count of lying to a peace officer during a four-year or more crime investigation.
