In Arkansas, the Harrison Police Department has arrested a suspect in a fatal shooting on Capps Road in Harrison. Around 7:45 AM on Friday, the Harrison Police Department responded to a reported shooting at 1925 Capps Road. At the scene, officers discovered a 50-year-old male victim.

Shawn Brewer was pronounced deceased at the scene. Harrison Police Chief Chris Graddy announced that 23-year-old Michael A Brewer was taken into custody at the scene without incident.

Michael Brewer is being held at the Boone County Jail on pending capital murder charges with no bond.
