The Memphis Police Department is investigating the fatal shooting of Jermar Williams. Around 9:45 p.m. on December 12, 2023, MPD officers responded to a shooting in the area of 2100 Sycamore View. Upon arrival, officers located Jermar Williams in the driver’s seat of his car with multiple gunshot wounds.

The victim was pronounced deceased at the scene. Authorities have released pictures from video surveillance showing the suspects responsible leaving the scene. MPD is asking for the public’s help in identifying the vehicle and the people in the vehicle.
