The Portland Police Bureau is investigating a shooting at a bar in a Centennial neighborhood. Around 8:05 p.m. on February 2, 2024, officers were dispatched to a bar in the 17200 block of Southeast Division Street in reference to a shooting. At the scene, officers found an injured man inside the bar.

Paramedics transported the man to the hospital with life-threatening injuries. The man believed to be involved remained at the scene and spoke to officers. Portland Police say no suspect is being sought at this time. Hours later, the Portland Police Bureau was informed that the patient passed away at the hospital.
