The Madera Police Department is investigating a kidnapping case. According to a social media post from the Madera Police Department, the victim is safe with officers and being reunited with family. MPD is asking for the public’s help locating a person of interest.

The Madera Police Department is searching for Otis McKinzy who is on parole and is a registered sex offender. MPD says he was last seen driving a grey Kia Rio with license plate #7PPS316. Anyone who sees McKinzy is asked to call local law enforcement immediately.
