The Louisville Metro Police Department has arrested a suspect in connection to a murder on Saturday night. LMPD reports that Richie R. Williams was arrested on Thursday in reference to a murder in the 900 block of Baxter Avenue.

Williams has been charged with Murder and Possession of a Handgun by a Convicted Felon. LMPD says the murder that happened in the 900 block of Morton Avenue is separate and that investigation is ongoing.
