Little Rock, Arkansas – The Little Rock Police Department has announced an arrest in connection to the fatal shooting of 45-year-old Jerrick Holden.

According to an LRPD statement, Southwest Patrol Officers responded to a subject down at 5325 Asher Avenue around 8:52 a.m. on January 21, 2025.

At the scene, officers found Holden suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. The victim succumbed to his injuries at the scene.

LRPD said in a statement that 27-year-old Rahim Muhammad was taken into custody on January 25, 2025. Muhammad is charged with Capital Murder.
