According to a press release from the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, a male was found slain in an alleyway. LVMPD dispatch received a report of an injured man in an alley in the 200 block of West Monroe Avenue on November 20, 2023 around 5:19 AM. Upon arrival, patrol officers found a male suffering from an apparent gunshot wound.

Medical personnel responded to the scene and pronounced the victim deceased. LVMPD Homicide Section arrived and took over the investigation. LVMPD explains that the Clark County Coroner’s Office will release the victim’s identification and cause of death at a later time.
