Las Vegas Metropolitan Police say detectives identified 28-year-old Tyler Knocke as the suspect in a shooting on November 11 in the 5200 block of Silverheart Avenue. Knocke was arrested on November 17, 2023 and booked into the Clark County Detention Center for open murder.

On November 11, 2023 at approximately 11:21 PM, Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department Dispatch received a report of a shooting. Officers were dispatched to the 5200 block of Silverheart Avenue. Upon arrival, officers found a male suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. The victim was pronounced deceased at the scene.

According to a press release from the LVMPD, it is believed the victim was involved in a verbal altercation with an unknown individual when he was shot. The suspect fled before officers arrived.
