According to a news release from the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, detectives are investigating a murder-suicide with five victims. LVMPD dispatch received reports of multiple victims inside an apartment in the 7500 block of Oso Blanca Road around 10:03 AM on December 11, 2023.

Once patrol officers reached the scene, they located five individuals suffering from gunshot wounds. Medical personnel reached the scene and reported a juvenile victim to UMC Trauma. Two adults and two juveniles were pronounced deceased at the scene.

Through the investigation, homicide detectives believe an adult male shot a woman and three juveniles before shooting himself. The investigation is ongoing. The Clark County Coroner’s Office will identify the victims and cause of death at a later time.
