Kings County Sheriff’s Office arrests 19-year-old Stratford man for Rape and Child Abuse

The King County Sheriff’s Office says it has arrested 19-year-old Jhonny Leonel Hernandez Jimenez of Stratford in connection to the rape of a 12-year-old girl. KCSO says deputies responded to the 20500 block of Main Street in Stratford to investigate a sexual assault case.

Police say it was determined that the victim was a 12-year-old girl and that the suspect was 19-year-old Jimenez. Authorities allege that Jimenez communicated with the victim using social media platforms, TikTok and WhatsApp, in the early morning on Tuesday.

KCSO claims Jimenez showed up at the victim’s residence in a red Ford Mustang, CA 9NHC670, and attempted to lure the victim out of the residence and into his vehicle. Reports indicate that Jimenez gave the victim a sweet that caused her to faint.

KCSO says the victim received medical attention due to the sexual assault. Authorities arrested Jimenez near the 21000 block of 13th Avenue in Kings County. Investigators allege that Jimenez admitted that he sexually assaulted the victim.

He was booked into the King County Jail on charges of Rape, Rape of Unconscious Victim, Lewd or Lewd Acts with a Child Under 14 Years of Age, Lewd or Lewd Acts Including Bodily Harm to a Child Under 14 Years of Age, Forced Sexual Penetration with a Strange Object, and Child Abuse.
