A 19-year-old man has been arrested in connection to a shooting in Chicago, Illinois. The Chicago Police Department reports that 19-year-old Juan Loredo is charged with five counts of attempted murder, three counts of aggravated battery/discharge firearm, and two counts of aggravated discharged firearm – occupied vehicle.
Loredo was taken into custody by members of CPD in the 5600 block of Old Orchard Road in Skokie, Illinois on May 20, 2024. CPD alleges that Loredo opened fire into a vehicle occupied by five people in the 1600 block of North Cicero Avenue around 4:12 a.m. on May 5, 2024.
The shooting injured a 25-year-old woman, a 36-year-old man, and a 37-year-old man. No other details are available.
