The Honolulu Police Department is investigating a murder in Makaha. According to a social media post from HPD, officers are searching for multiple people after an adult male was fatally shot. The incident is believed to have happened just after 2:30 p.m. close to Ohikilolo Ranch.

HPD believes a group of males got into an argument with the victim. At some point during the argument, the suspect shot the victim who succumbed to his injuries at the scene. Following the shooting, the group of males fled toward Farrington Highway. No other details are available at this time.
