Holmen Police arrest two men for breaking into USPS drop box

The Holmen Police Department has announced the arrests of two men for allegedly breaking into a mail drop box. According to HPD, an officer observed two men breaking into a drop box outside the US Post Office at 1111 Linden Drive in the early hours of December 2, 2024.

Police say the suspects fled on foot but were apprehended by law enforcement and taken into custody. HPD has identified the suspects as Marque Jamal Coleman and Andrew W. Toler.

Police say the men are from Houston, Texas. According to police, the suspects told arresting officers they had driven from Houston with the plan to break into this specific mailbox.

Police say there is a third individual who is outstanding and they are believed to have been the getaway driver. HPD says the suspects claimed to have been in a white Tesla with Texas registration.

The men were arrested for Possession of Burglarious Tools, Theft of Mail, and Entry into Locked Coin Box. Police also say Coleman had an extraditable warrant out of Texas for a probation violation.
