The Haralson County Sheriff’s Office has announced the arrest of a wanted man. HCSO says members of the Crime Suppression Unit and the Northwest Georgia Drug Task Force followed leads on a wanted person out of Douglasville, Georgia.
58-year-old James Todd Fincham was wanted on a Felony Bench warrant for failing to appear for court. CSU, DTF, and Douglas County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrived at a residence and apprehended Fincham.
HCSO alleges Fincham was in possession of meth at the time of his arrest. He will face additional charges in Douglas County for possession. The bench warrant is linked to an arrest by the North Georgia Drug Task Force in March 2023.
The investigation resulted in the search of Fincham’s residence. During the search, it is alleged that Fincham was in possession of meth, psilocybin mushrooms, fentanyl, marijuana, cocaine, Schedule 3 drugs, Schedule 4 drugs, and a firearm.
