The Gwinnett County Police Department is currently investigating a fatal shooting that killed one man. GCPD reports that the shooting occurred in the 6200 block of Josephine Road following an argument.

Around 3:30 p.m., officers responded to the scene following a 911 call about a shooting at the residence. At the scene, officers found a deceased man suffering from at least one gunshot wound. Homicide Investigators responded to the scene to assume control of the investigation.

GCPD says the investigation is still in the preliminary stages. The motive for the shooting is not known at this time. No other details are available.
