The Greenville Police Department is currently investigating a double shooting that occurred on Monday night. GPD reports that it received a call about a shooting that happened in the area of Highway 82 and Cedar Street around 10 p.m.

At the scene, responding officers found out that two victims had been transported to Delta Health Systems. There is no information about the conditions of the victims at this time. Investigators are working to collect evidence from the scene.
