A Greenfield, Indiana man is behind bars after being arrested on eight counts of Child Exploitation. The Fishers Police Department reports that 33-year-old Joseph Wortman was arrested on eight counts of Child Exploitation and two counts of Child Solicitation.
The Greenfield resident was investigated by the Hamilton County Metro ICAC Task Force following multiple CyberTips from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. Detectives carried out a search warrant at Wortman’s residence where they allegedly seized digital devices that contained evidence of possession of child sexual abuse material.
At this time, Wortman is being held at the Hancock County Jail without bond. No other details are available.
