The Greeley Police Department has announced the arrest of 21-year-old Haven Ramirez in an overnight shooting. GPD reports that its officers responded to a home in the 2700 block of C Street for a report of a shooting around 2:07 a.m. on Thursday.

GPD says the suspect, Ramirez, fled the scene following the shooting. An adult male victim suffered multiple gunshot wounds. The victim was taken to an area hospital where he succumbed to her injuries.

On Thursday afternoon, detectives found Ramirez and took him into custody. Ramirez was booked into the Weld County Jail on charges of Murder in the First Degree and two counts of Felony Menacing.
