The Graves County Sheriff’s Office has arrested a man for parole violations. According to GCSO, deputies spent Sunday afternoon searching for 36-year-old Cameron J. Evans who had reportedly been living in a tent in the area of Byrd Road. Around 6:15 p.m., Evans was located and taken into custody.

GCSO says Evans was on parole with criminal convictions of rape, stalking, and more. Evans was also in violation of sex offender regulations. Over the last few days, Evans had fled from deputies a few times.
