The Fremont Police Department has arrested a suspect in a fatal stabbing. According to an FPD media release, officers responded to the 300 block of May Street around 4:39 p.m. on February 17, 2024. At the scene, officers determined that a male victim had been stabbed to death.

Around 6:14 p.m., 31-year-old Judd G. Campbell was detained and later arrested for murder. Campbell was transported to the Sandusky County Jail while awaiting arraignment. FPD confirms the investigation is active.
