New Hampshire State Police arrested a 64-year-old Florida man in connection with an attempt to a driver’s license. Authorities charged Peter Marx with two counts of tampering with public records or information.

Investigators with the New Hampshire State Police received an alert on December 11, 2023, of a subject providing the Manchester Division of Motor Vehicles with fraudulent documents in an attempt to obtain a New Hampshire driver’s license.

Peter Marx was apprehended without incident.

Marx is scheduled to be arraigned at 8:30 a.m. on February 12, 2024, in the 9^th Circuit Court in Manchester.
