The Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office has announced the arrests of two individuals who are charged with felony murder. Around 2 p.m. on January 8, 2024, deputies responded to a call regarding a man with possible wounds to his abdomen lying on the corner of Blue Bonnet Lane and Bridal Path in Clemmons. Once deputies reached the scene, they located 21-year-old Damilyon Monroe with gunshot wounds to his stomach.
Monroe passed away at the scene. Following further investigation, the Sheriff’s Office arrested 18-year-old Wiley Ywaskevic and 18-year-old Alexandra Patton. Both are charged with felony murder.
