A 43-year-old man is behind bars after being arrested for Involuntary Deviate Sexual Intercourse, Incest with a Minor, Sexual Abuse of Children, and more.

The Ephrata Police Department reports that an investigation was launched after a mandated reporter informed Lancaster County Children and Youth that the victim reported that 43-year-old Eugene Paul Gibbons had taken nude photos of them on several occasions starting in 2022 through 2024.

Gibbons is charged with two counts of Involuntary Deviate Sexual Intercourse, two counts of Unlawful Contact with a Minor, two counts of Indecent Assault, Incest with a Minor, Corruption of Minors, and Sexual Abuse of Children – Photographing, Videotaping, Depicting on Computer or Filming Sexual Acts.

Gibbons is being held at the Lancaster County Prison after failing to post $400,000 for his bail.
