Update – Edina Police say officers responded to a report shooting at LA Fitness at 4175 West 76^th Street around 8 p.m. on Wednesday. After a disturbance inside the facility, the suspects left and returned. Then, a confrontation occurred inside the facility in which a gun was displayed and at least one shot was fired.

EPD says the suspects fled from the facility and left in a vehicle. Police are reviewing security footage and processing the scene.

Original Story – The Edina Police Department is investigating a shooting that happened around 8 p.m. on Wednesday. According to an EPD social media post, officers responded to a reported shooting in the 4100 block of West 76th Street around 8 p.m. on March 20, 2024.
