According to a social media post from the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office in Colorado, a shelter in place order has been issued in the Larkspur area of Fox Farm Road and Spruce Mountain Road. Deputies and the Douglas County Regional SWAT team are searching for Luis Fernando Certa-Regaldo who is wanted for escaping from Weld County. The Sheriff’s Office stresses that Certa-Regaldo is considered armed and dangerous.

Anyone who sees him is urged not to approach him and call 911. When last seen, Carta-Regaldo was wearing black pants, a black shirt with cutoff sleeves, and a black baseball cap.
