The Douglas County Sheriff’s Office announced in a media release that it is investigating a stranger sexual assault. Around 12:56 a.m. on February 14, 2024, deputies responded to an area hospital for a report of a sexual assault. At the hospital, the victim informed deputies that around 7 p.m. on February 13 she was at an event at a residence in her neighborhood on Prairie Lake Trail in the Pinery subdivision of Parker, Colorado.

The victim was walking home sometime between 9 and 9:30 p.m. when she was sexually assaulted by an unknown male suspect. DCSO is asking for the public’s help in identifying the suspect. Anyone with video footage or information is asked to call Detective Adam Cummings at 303-814-7631.
