A suspect has been arrested in connection to a fatal stabbing on May 22, 2024. The San Francisco Police Department said in a social media post that Northern Station officers responded to the 900 block of Geary Street for a stabbing around 4 a.m. on May 22.
At the scene, officers found a victim suffering from a stab wound. The victim succumbed to their injuries at the scene. Officers were informed that a male suspect may still be inside the building.
The suspect was detained without further incident. SFPD’s Homicide Unit responded to assume control of the investigation. SFPD says officers developed probable cause to arrest 47-year-old Demetrice Ford who is booked on a charge of Murder.
