A man has been arrested in connection to the fatal stabbing of 33-year-old Devon Greenfield in DC. The Metropolitan Police Department announced the arrest on June 28, 2024. Sixth District officers responded to the 300 block of 61st Street Northeast for reports of a person down on April 1, 2024.

At the scene, responding officers found an adult male suffering from stab wounds. The victim was pronounced deceased at the scene and later identified as 33-year-old Devon Greenfield. On June 28, 2024, 37-year-old David Tyrone Key was arrested and charged with First Degree Murder while Armed.
