A 31-year-old convicted felon has been arrested for murder in Louisville, Kentucky. The Louisville Metro Police Department reports that its Homicide Unit arrested 31-year-old Patrick L. Anderson.

Anderson is charged with Murder, Tampering with Physical Evidence, and Possession of a Handgun by a Convicted Felon. Anderson is charged in connection to a homicide on Friday afternoon in the 5800 block of Greenwood Road.

Third Division officers responded to a motor vehicle collision around 12:39. At the scene, officers found an adult male suffering from a gunshot wound. The victim succumbed to his injuries at the University of Louisville Hospital.
