Concord Police Department released a video of a male running through a residential community after sexually assaulting a female in the pedestrian tunnel under Hwy 242.

The sexual assault incident occurred around 10:17 a.m. on October 7, 2023. The victim was sexually assaulted in the tunnel under Hwy 242 which connects Franquette Avenue and Market Street.

Detectives believe the suspect frequents the area near the Home Depot at 2090 Meridian Park Boulevard In Concord, California.
