The Columbus Division of Police is searching for a 31-year-old man in connection to a shooting on Wednesday night. The Columbus Division of Police reports that officers responded to the 800 block of East Como Avenue for a shooting around 7:40 p.m. on July 10, 2024.

At the scene, responding officers found an adult male victim suffering from at least one gunshot wound. The victim was transported to an area hospital in critical condition. The victim has since been upgraded to stable condition.

Detectives filed a Felonious Assault warrant for 31-year-old Shaqille Collins. Authorities say Collins was last seen leaving in a white Nissan Altima with dark tinted windows and black rims.

Anyone with information is asked to call 911. The suspect is considered armed and dangerous.
