The Columbia Police Department has announced an arrest in connection to a robbery that occurred on Clark Lane on July 31, 2024. CPD reports that 18-year-old Nathaniel Watson was arrested.

Around 4:20 p.m. on August 6, 2024, a CPD SWAT team carried out a search warrant at a residence in the 5000 block of Clark Lane in relation to the robbery. A juvenile male was detained.

Watson was arrested beforehand on charges of First-Degree Robbery, Stealing, and Unlawful Use of a Weapon.
