Boston Police arrest three juvenile girls for assault and battery

The Boston Police Department has arrested three juvenile girls for assault and battery. BPD reports that District D-4 officers arrested three juveniles just before 6 p.m. on June 10, 2024. Officers responded to 116 Huntington Avenue for a report of an assault and battery.

Officers were told that the victim was kicked and punched multiple times by several teenage girls. The group is also accused of spraying the victim with OC spray and stealing her cell phone. The victim was taken to an area hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

BPD says officers searched the area and located the group around 171 Saint Botolph Street. Officers witnessed one of the girls attempting to discard a purple can of OC spray under a motor vehicle.

The three juveniles include a 13-year-old, a 14-year-old, and a 16-year-old. They are facing an array of charges, including armed robbery, assault and battery, and more.
