The Billings Police Department has arrested a juvenile male following an incident in Castle Rock Park on Monday night. BPD reports that its officers responded to the park for reports of a juvenile presenting a handgun towards two victims around 10:25 p.m. on July 1, 2024.

BPD says a comment about a robbery was made before 911 was called. BPD officers apprehended the juvenile male following a foot pursuit. The juvenile is charged with Assault with a Weapon and has been remanded to Youth Services.
