The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office has announced an arrest in the death investigation of Kealan Tre Hardeman. On November 18, 2023 just after 6 p.m., deputies responded to a shooting incident in the 1400 block of Brentwood Avenue. At the scene, they located a 20-year-old male suffering from gunshot wounds. The victim was transported to an area hospital where he later succumbed to his injuries.

The victim was later identified as Kealan Tre Hardeman. Around 5 p.m. on January 30, 2024, 22-year-old Quintavious Vincent Johnson of Macon was taken into custody and booked into the Bibb County Law Enforcement Center. BCSO said Johnson was wanted in connection to the death of Kealan Tre Hardeman.

He is facing charges of Murder and six counts of Pointing a Firearm at Another.
