The Berlin Police Department announced in a social media post that it had arrested a 63-year-old woman for driving under the influence and criminally driving on a suspended driver’s license. Berlin Police Officers were dispatched to the area of Fisher Road and Berlin Mall Road for a report of an operator driving under the influence on December 18, 2023.

Once officers reached the area, they observed the operator who had a criminally suspended driver’s license. Police determined that the suspect, 63-year-old Tammy Bailey, committed the crimes of Driving on a Criminally Suspended License and DUI #5.

Bailey was processed at the Berlin Police Department.
